PC Tuneup

I will come to YOU to answer your computer questions, install software, install hardware, instruct you, setup a network, whatever you need.

I charge by 15 minute increments, with a 30 minute minimum.

$40 / hour

Compare to GeekSquad.com.  GeekSquad charges $159/hour for instruction and $129-$229 for their other on-site services, I can do most of the things they offer.  I will give you a time estimate before any work is done.

AT HOME Services

Bring your computer to me to install software, install hardware, instruct you, anything I can do to your computer without it needing to be at your house.

I charge by 15 minute increments, with a 15 minute minimum.

$40 / hour

Compare to GeekSquad.com.  GeekSquad charges $159/hour for instruction and $39-$229 for their other off-site services, I can do most of the things they offer.  I will give you a time estimate before any work is done.

Bringing your computer to me is the best value and the best way for you to SAVE MONEY!  With this service you are only charged for the time I spend working on your computer, not the time I spend waiting for your computer. 

For example, installing an Operating System takes several hours, but out of that time only 30-60 minutes may be spent by me interacting with your computer.  The rest of the time I am waiting for your computer to finish working.  In this scenario, even though it may have taken 3 hours to install the OS, you would only be billed for 1 hour of my time.
