I have been working with computers professionally since 1999. I am currently the Senior Software Architect at a Software Development / IT Services corporation. I am a Microsoft Certified Professional. It is my goal to provide quality home IT service to a small group of clients. I have extremely reasonable rates and will charge you nothing if I cannot complete the required work. I have built computers, installed Operating Systems, setup networks (both wired and WiFi), setup windows domains and workgroups, and instructed users about computer use. Do I know how to do everything? Of course not. However, if you want something that I do not know how to do, I will figure it out. I have a hard time trusting people that are trying to sell me things. I can never tell if they are trying to sell me what benefits me or what benefits them. In contrast, all I am selling is my time. I do not sell hardware. I do not sell software. If you contract me you can rest assured that my recommendations are sincere. I do not benefit in any way from any purchase that you make. If I recommend that you make a purchase, I will work with you to find the best price on whatever product you need. When instructing, I always attempt to teach you how to help you help yourself. I am always happy to show you how to do something, but I will also attempt to give you the skills needed to teach yourself. When you learn how to properly access the resources that are available to you, your computer will become a much less daunting beast. |
